Here’s my little guy at his birthday party a couple of weeks ago. We went to the zoo the following day to celebrate again! He wanted nothing to do with the camera when I took him out with his balloons, he only wanted to go back to his party. Can you blame him?

snow! I can not wait until it is warm. We were only able to stay out for a little bit as they were extremely wet extremely quick!
My baby boy is going to be 2 on Monday. I can hardly believe it! It just amazes me how he is maturing everyday.

I normally do not like stuffed animals…we tend to send a lot to Goodwill once a year or so. But one I saw these I knew my kids would love them, and of course they did. Other than the bikes they received, these are definitely one of their favorite Christmas toys! Our son was also quite excited over the peppermint pattys in his stocking…haha!

After our daughter asking all summer, we finally made it to the “beach.” Technically it is just a large lake, but they enjoyed themselves nonetheless!

Today we celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary. I guess that is a milestone..so, how did we celebrate? For breakfast we walked over to the Quiet Storm, ate, then enjoyed our coffee while the children played. Then we went to the park which I tried to take a self portrait of my husband and I, but he filled up the whole frame..ha! We came home, cleaned up, took naps then went to dinner to the Walnut Grill which is always nice! Then we did something we have been wanting to do for awhile..we had some wedding bands placed forever on our ring fingers at then Angry Moon! My husband took a a few snaps of me getting mine done, but unfortunaley I didn’t get any of him because the kids were getting slightly grumpy. It didn’t hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would, but did get uncomfortable at the end. Anyways, it was fun and definitely an anniversary to remember!
